SENIOR TEST ENGINEER – CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT PLATFORM TEAM

Join Creditsafe’s internal Customer Management Platform team—our foundational platform for authentication, provisioning, and auditing services. We’re seeking a Senior Test Engineer with experience in testing cloud-native software systems and a commitment to supporting quality across the development lifecycle.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Agile development experience.
  • Familiarity with ATDD, BDD, and test automation.
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for automation.
  • Experience with AWS cloud-native services and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
  • Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and API testing tools.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes (Azure DevOps preferred).
  • Ability to document and review technical artefacts effectively.
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM

You’ll work in an Agile team extending a platform that supports millions of transactions daily. You will:

  • Collaborate with team members to embed quality across the lifecycle.
  • Use and enhance test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Bruno, Azure DevOps).
  • Engage in functional, non-functional, and acceptance testing.
  • Use generative AI tools to improve processes and reduce manual work.
  • Document and communicate test outcomes clearly and concisely.

️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain automated and manual test artefacts.
  • Apply a variety of testing techniques (e.g., performance, integration, acceptance).
  • Collaborate on requirements analysis and test planning.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline quality through effective regression testing.
  • Mentor and support others within the QA community.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
