We’re seeking a hands-on Test Engineer to lead static, abuse, and cycle testing of aircraft interiors (galleys, lavatories, closets, etc.) in a light industrial environment. This role includes test planning, fixture design, data analysis, and technician supervision. You’ll be on your feet, building, testing, and adapting on the fly—tight deadlines and changing priorities are the norm.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Aerospace or manufacturing test experience
• CAD software (SolidWorks, NX, Inventor)
• LabVIEW, Arduino, Microsoft Office
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, microcontrollers
• Skilled in woodworking, metal fabrication, welding
• Familiarity with lathes, mills, saws, and general shop equipment

• Design and build test fixtures (mechanical/electromechanical)
• Lead test setup and execution with technicians
• Collect, analyze, and verify test data
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Write and interpret test plans and reports
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical issues
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
