We’re looking for a skilled Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification (IVVQ) Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in planning and executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure our systems meet the highest standards of performance and quality for Rail Project System.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven IVVQ Expertise: Strong understanding of IVVQ principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • System Testing Experience: Hands-on experience with system integration, verification, and validation of complex systems (e.g., software, hardware, embedded systems).
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of defect management tools and test management platforms. Experience with Unix/Linux systems is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.
  • Project & Communication Skills: Ability to effectively plan and execute IVVQ activities, with strong communication skills to report findings and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities
  • Plan & Execute IVVQ: Develop and implement system test strategies, test plans, and test cases for system-level IVVQ activities.
  • Integration & Qualification : Participate in and lead system integration and qualification activities, ensuring the architectural integrity and functionality of the system .
  • Resource Management: Optimize and manage all test resources, including staff, hardware, and software, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Defect Management: Actively manage and track defects, conducting thorough impact analyses and coordinating with engineering teams for timely resolution.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with system engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to align on testing scope, manage project risks, and report on progress.
  • Test Environment & Tools: Design, implement, and maintain the test platforms and tools required for effective system testing, troubleshooting, and analysis.
  • Requirements Analysis: Interpret and analyze system requirements to ensure they are testable, clearly defined, and accurately implemented.
