As a Test Engineer within our MDM-G team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of software solutions that support essential services for customers across the globe. Working alongside developers, product specialists, and delivery teams, you'll help identify risks early, validate complex system functionality, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing practices. Your work will directly impact product quality, customer satisfaction, and the successful delivery of innovative solutions that our customers rely on every day. What You’ll Do * Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, end-to-end, and non-functional test cases. * Perform manual and automated testing to validate software quality, functionality, and performance. * Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle. * Identify, document, and track defects while recommending effective corrective actions. * Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality-focused delivery planning. * Maintain testing environments, tools, and test data to support efficient testing activities. * Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and testing methodologies. What You Bring * Experience in software testing, including functional, regression, end-to-end, and non-functional testing. * Experience with Python. * Knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework, TestNG, or similar tools. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail. * Ability to design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. * Experience identifying defects, validating solutions, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. * Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global teams. * Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies. * Nice to Have * Experience with GitLab, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines. * Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or Xray. * Understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through deployment. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * Experience working in multinational or distributed teams. * Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
