We are looking for a HIL engineer to join our HIL solutions team at clients Headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The HIL solutions team is responsible for HILs (Hardware in the Loop) development, and we are experts in HIL solutions enabling cutting edge development methods. Our responsibility is to ensure that our internal customers are equipped with right tools.

YOU AND YOUR SKILLS

We see that you have an education in mechatronics/electronics bachelor or Msc. You have good IT knowledge in general. You also need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Meritorious is experience of HIL (both HW and SW), HIL build, work experience from the automotive industry
On a personal level, we are looking for a communicative and customer focused team player with the ability to drive change and implementation and to engage and encourage others.

For this position, your main task is to create state of the art HILs together with our HIL customers. You will be responsible for developing the hardware together with a project leader. You will propose solutions as well as bring support to define needs connected to the future plans of Volvo Cars in the growing area of HIL. You will also be a member of our Software Test Center (SWTC) and work closely with our customers who are experienced engineers.
As HIL engineer you will build and maintain a wide personal network within R&D. You will be able to form your deliveries and to develop your own skills together with your colleagues.
