Description
Develop, maintain, and optimize test packages, troubleshoot issues, improve yield/quality, and collaborate to deliver high-quality solutions on time. Develop, release, and maintain test packages for various product testing needs. Provide test specifications and graded test packages for tasks such as sample creation and production. Analyze and troubleshoot test results, addressing issues in collaboration with test hardware and module owners. Work closely with project managers, test concept engineers, and pattern suppliers to ensure high-quality test packages are delivered on time. Support overall product development by ensuring test solutions meet quality, efficiency, and performance standards. Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with 3+ years of experience in product or test engineering preferred. Strong knowledge of IC development (design, test validation) and production (wafer processing, testing, quality, reliability, and yield). Familiar with process technology, fab parametric test correlation, and process/design/test integration concepts. Expertise in UNIX, MS Office, ATE tools (e.g., A93K), and programming skills (C++, Java, Python). Experience in 1st Si debug, yield/test time improvement, and collaborating with test/design engineers for product release. Proficient in experimental/manufacturing design methods (DOE, SPC) and knowledge of AI/ML techniques in test development. Independent, resourceful, and effective communicator with the ability to work across diverse technical teams and backgrounds. Background in automotive SoC microcontrollers or consumer applications, with fluent command of English and a strong drive to excel. We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
