Description
  • ResponsibilitiesSupport the maintenance, calibration, repair, and continuous improvement of electrical and electronic test equipment, instrumentation, and test benches.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures impacting production, integration, and testing activities.
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and availability.
  • Support calibration programs for RF and electrical test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, and related instrumentation.
  • Maintain calibration records, traceability documentation, and compliance with established quality standards.
  • Support commissioning, validation, and deployment of new test equipment and laboratory assets.
  • Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions related to instrumentation and test equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support test bench upgrades, instrumentation improvements, and equipment optimization initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including maintenance procedures, calibration records, equipment specifications, and test bench documentation.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure operational readiness of testing infrastructure.


  • Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting test equipment, instrumentation, calibration, manufacturing, laboratory, or production environments.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems.
  • Experience using laboratory instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, DAQ systems, or spectrum analyzers.
  • Knowledge of calibration, metrology, measurement systems, or preventative maintenance programs.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation skills.
  • Experience supporting technical documentation, equipment records, and maintenance procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production and engineering environment.
