The role

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. You will design, develop, and execute comprehensive tests, adhering to the Group Test Strategy. Your role involves active collaboration with cross-functional E2E Team members, defining acceptance criteria, estimating efforts, and identifying risks from concept to delivery. You will also provide valuable support and mentorship to Junior Test Analysts, uplifting their capabilities and advocating for quality across all delivery stages.

- Support the delivery of new Auto & General products and Services, as well as enhancements of existing products.

- Design, develop, and execute tests to meet requirements and deliver high quality products in accordance with the Group Test Strategy.

- Contribute to the Testing Community of Practice by providing support and input into the testing techniques, processes, and guidelines.

- Support Test Analysts through pairing, peer reviews, and guidance on testing techniques and practices, test planning, test design, traceability, executions, and risk identification.

- Collaborate with E2E Team members such as Developers, PO, BA, SME, Automation Analysts, Test Analysts from concept to delivery for Acceptance Criteria, Estimates, test coverage, and risks.

- Celebrate success whilst promoting a culture of high performance.

- Act as a role model by demonstrating values and influencing how they are lived within the team.
