TEST MANAGER | LONG-TERM PROJECT | GLOBAL SPORTSWEAR BRAND

We are seeking a Test Manager to join the IT Systems team within the Locker Room Platform at a leading global sportswear brand. This team is responsible for implementing and maintaining IT solutions to manage customized model data, enhancing data flow to meet dynamic business needs. The work environment is agile, international, and cross-departmental, focusing on delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced, innovative industry.

As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a robust Test Strategy aligned with our IT guidelines and the agile Kanban framework. You will ensure that the strategy is effectively communicated and implemented across various delivery teams, coordinating their testing efforts to maintain consistency and quality. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating Testing Activities: Organize and oversee testing activities, including the creation and execution of both manual and automated tests, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Defining Test Criteria: Establish clear entry and acceptance criteria for all testing phases, working closely with stakeholders such as developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Role and Responsibility Definition: Define and clarify roles and responsibilities within the testing process, coaching and guiding delivery teams on best practices to ensure high-quality outcomes.
