Communicates with compliance engineer and design engineering teams to provide inputs into the design based on feasibility to pass test requirements. Develop test setups, maintain test records and interface with external vendor and internal maintenance team to debug and troubleshoot lab issues.Your tasks Work with compliance engineer to understand test requirements for our equipment. Develop and conduct tests to meet the regulatory and customer requirements.  Provide design inputs to design engineering to accelerate product development\testing.  Prepare and maintain accurate test report for review by engineering team or compliance engineering.  Schedule testing based on availability of test stalls and product prototypes. support product testing in-house and with third party testing agencies. Assist with in house regulatory testing by defining required test plans and confirming results for certification  Follows general guidelines and standard operating procedures but has authority to deviate in the best interest of the company. Coordinate lab calibration and preventive maintenance. Interface with maintenance and external vendors to troubleshoot lab issues.  Perform audit testing  Requirements Bachelor’s degree required engineering related field (mechanical\electrical\electronics). Preferred Masters EPA certification for working on CRE 3-5 years experience working in lab environment.
