JOB SUMMARY: A Test Technician is in charge to define and carry out the tests to verify the performances of the complete products as well as subassembly such as printed circuit boards. The test engineer will be responsible for managing the test lab and optimizing the workspace. Define the test set up necessary to carry out the tests, make the electrical drawings and coordinate the activities of the team that will build the test set up. Job duties: Define the tests set up and its script to verify the performances of the complete products. Make electrical drawings and coordinate the activities of the team that will build the test set up. Analyze the test results in a critical manner and realize the proper reports. Produce and verify technical documentation such as electrical drawings; User and Installation manual; procedures; data sheet etc. Evaluate alternative components and solutions that eventually can be adopted during the life of the products. Support the regular production in case of issues occurred during the tests of the products. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic with experience in equivalent areas (e.g., UPS, Power converter or low voltage electrical distribution) Excellent planning, organizational, documentation, and communication skills are required. Good knowledge of testing tools and laboratory instrumentation (e.g. Oscilloscope, logger, power analyzer) Good knowledge on electrical power components. Capability of writing professional technical documentation in English. Good team working attitude and communication. 1-2 years of experience. Good English skills.
