Job Description
Test Engineer

• Utilise Azure DevOps for comprehensive testing of workflows and collaborating effectively within a team of software testers
• Conduct thorough regression testing of software releases and validate user stories to ensure quality delivery
• Test bug fixes and proactively identify new issues to maintain system integrity
• Diagnose and resolve peripheral hardware faults on payment systems and test kiosks
• Remove, replace, and configure faulty hardware components to minimise system downtime
• Manage the return and repair processes for defective hardware components
• Repair existing bespoke cables or create new cables as required for system functionalityCreate documentation for engineering support and end user guides
