Description Concept Solutions is seeking a Test Environment Engineer to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Information Technology (AIT) Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Services under the ITIPSS contract vehicle. The position will support FAA IT Services maintenance of servers, workstations, and appliances that replicate development and production environments and maintain software images, a software library, and a process for scheduling use of the test bed. Maintain Change/Configuration Management of the test bed and all components Develop and maintain test documents such as baseline test plans, test procedures, and test reports Maintain a log including systems being tested, time, date, baseline under test, test result, and final deployment decision Maintain all testing environments in accordance with the production environments being replicated including software, hardware, and pertinent documentation Use automated testing tools when appropriate to support testing and be responsible for operation and maintenance of this capability Document all incoming requirements and deliverables throughout the lifecycle of a testing project Support pre and final production readiness activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, and/or computer science-related field; three (3) years of relevant experience. Education/Experience Substitutions The following substitutions may be considered at the Government's discretion: A Bachelor's degree in a pertinent discipline is generally equivalent to a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience. A Master's degree in a pertinent discipline is generally equivalent to a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience. For positions requiring a Bachelor's degree, a High School Diploma plus four (4) additional years of relevant experience may be generally adequate.
