Join our Team About this opportunity: Join our team at Ericsson Microwave as a Test Environment Engineer! We are seeking a highly motivated Test Environment Engineer to help design, build, configure, integrate, and troubleshoot everything required to test and develop Ericsson's MINI-LINK product - including IT infrastructure, services, tools, instruments, and telecom equipment. Our team plays a vital role in ensuring that approximately 500 hardware and software developers have what they need to deliver the MINI-LINK product successfully. What you will do: You will be part of a multinational team that collaborates with software and hardware product development, testing, and continuous integration teams. The position specializes in designing, building, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting everything required to develop and test the MINI-LINK product, including the MINI-LINK itself. Designing, building, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting the MINI-LINK and third-party (3pp) products within the test environment and CI system. Maintaining a trusted, always-on, and continuously improving test environment, with responsibilities including physical security, cooling, power, and documentation. Managing and coordinating Ericsson Engineering Environment services, processes, and deliverables. Providing service-minded support and solutions to a wide range of stakeholders. Leading hardware and electrical technicians in designing an efficient and cost-effective test environment. The skills you bring: Service-mindedness and effective communication.
