Description We are seeking a motivated Test & Evaluation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will support developmental test and evaluation (DT&E) activities for Electronic Warfare systems and subsystems across the system lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed test plans, procedures, and test reports to support verification and validation of system requirements. Design, plan, and execute laboratory and field tests, including RF and microwave system testing. Configure and operate test instrumentation, RF measurement equipment, and data acquisition systems used in EW testing. Analyze test data and produce technical assessments and performance evaluation reports documenting system capability and compliance with requirements. Coordinate with government engineers, program managers, and integrated product teams (IPTs) to ensure effective test planning and execution. Identify technical risks, troubleshoot system anomalies, and support root cause analysis during testing events. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related engineering discipline with coursework in RF, microwave engineering, or electromagnetic theory. Three (3) years of professional experience in RF, microwave, or electronic systems engineering. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
