POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role serves as a technical advisor and project manager in support of the maturation and integration of test and evaluation efforts across the AI/ML program.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3 to 4 years of demonstrated experience with project management and coordination leveraging processes, standards, and tools within an organization based on the Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise.
  • 2 to 4 years of demonstrated experience with AI/ML-relevant fields including applications and measures of performance
  • Experience working with large, product focused, cross-functional teams and/or programs
  • Expertise with succinctly communicating technical issues, user requirements, and tradeoffs
  • Ability to take initiative, lead, advise, and execute against program’s goals/objectives

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated experience with DoD Customers or large R&D programs
  • 3 to 4 years of experience with data analysis and statistics

Responsibilities:

  • Recognize program knowledge gaps and coordinate with T&E team, government SMEs, and vendors in recommending the scope, develop, and prioritize T&E efforts for greater insight into program performance.
  • Maintain awareness of strategy, priorities, and new capabilities across the Maven Program.
  • Assist T&E Technical Lead and Algorithm, Systems, and Human-Machine SMEs with defining priorities, setting deadlines, and tracking progress on deliverables.
  • Support the development of a Maven Test and Evaluation Knowledge Repository to facilitate easy access to T&E deliverables such as test plans, lessons learned, experimental outcomes, and T&E metrics.
  • Collaborate across the program to identify and integrate data to derive insight into program performance.
