Position Overview Exploring Graphics is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Test Fitter to join our Las Vegas team. The Test Fitter is responsible for test fitting fabric graphics, assembling frames, and ensuring all graphic components meet alignment and quality standards before deployment or installation. This role plays a critical part in quality control by ensuring fabric graphics fit properly on frames and meet production specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with fabric graphics, frame assembly, and warehouse operations, along with strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and flexibility to assist across departments as needed. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Fabric Graphic Test Fitting & Frame Assembly * Test fit all fabric graphics onto frames to verify proper sizing, alignment, tension, and overall quality. * Assemble and construct fabric frames according to specifications and design plans. * Install fabric graphics into frames, ensuring a tight, smooth, and wrinkle-free finish. * Identify and report any issues related to graphics, frames, or production quality. * Make adjustments as necessary to ensure graphics meet company quality standards. Fabric Frame Construction * Measure and cut frame materials to required dimensions using hand and power tools. * Assemble frame components securely and accurately. * Inspect finished frames for structural integrity and quality. Warehouse Organization & Inventory * Organize, label, and maintain inventory of frames, graphics, and related materials within the warehouse. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. * Assist with staging, preparation, and packing of graphics and frames for shipping or installation. Team Collaboration * Collaborate with production, graphics, and installation teams to ensure project deadlines and quality expectations are met. * Assist other departments as needed to support production workflow. * Communicate effectively with team members regarding project status and quality concerns. ---------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in fabric graphics, frame assembly, sign production, or a manufacturing/assembly environment preferred. * Experience with fabric graphic systems, aluminum frames, or trade show graphics is a plus. * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. * Ability to read and interpret design plans, production drawings, and specifications. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. ---------------------------------------- WORKING ENVIRONMENT * Work is primarily conducted in a warehouse and production facility. * The environment may be noisy, and temperatures can vary depending on the season. * The role involves standing, bending, lifting, and working with large graphic materials. ---------------------------------------- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. * Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. * Ability to handle large fabric graphics and frame components. * Use of hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, and materials. ---------------------------------------- WORK SCHEDULE This position may require a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary to meet production and project deadlines.
