YOUR CHALLENGE Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networking platforms and events Advertise job opportunities, screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, cultural fit and conduct reference checks Work closely with the hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices Enhance our employer brand by promoting the bank as employer of choice, e.g. through the participation at different recruiting events Offer and negotiation talks, initiation of employment agreements Utilize recruitment metrics and data to track and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies Make sure all recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws and regulations YOUR PROFILE Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in recruiting Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques and interview methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Drive for results and ability to set priorities, able to coordinate process steps in order to meet tight deadlines at all times and also under challenging circumstances Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficient user of technology, including Application Tracking Systems We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
