Role: Test Lead

Platform: Intellect CBX (Consumer/Corporate Banking eXperience)

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for Commercial Banking implementations on the Intellect CBX platform.
• Define test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test execution approach.
• Manage functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing cycles.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and client stakeholders to understand business requirements and validate solutions.
• Review business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents.
• Coordinate defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
• Lead a team of QA analysts and testers across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure quality assurance processes and testing standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular status reports, test metrics, and quality dashboards to project leadership.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Test Lead in Commercial Banking or Corporate Banking projects.
• Hands-on experience with Intellect CBX platform implementations, upgrades, or support projects.
• Good understanding of commercial banking products, including:
• Cash Management
• Payments & Collections
• Trade Finance
• Corporate Lending
• Treasury Services
• Liquidity Management
• Expertise in test planning, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
• Experience with API testing, integration testing, and database validation.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar test management tools.
