This newly advanced requirement is for a Test lead with the following key skills:

• Experience in GCP Data Warehouse testing (Data projects and GCP migrations)
• Develop Test strategies/plans/approach/estimates (Automation is not a key requirement)
• Build and review test cases (need to do hands-on testing in some situations)

This program is focusing on building the Google data warehouse (for the Risk/Compliance function) for regulatory reporting purposes.
You will lead a team of QA professionals and effectively strategize, plan and estimate test deliverables to ensure system enhancements/fixes are stable, reliable and available for customers by delivering on time and to budget. You will be responsible for the ongoing development of test automation assets by adopting best engineering practice and innovative approach in experimenting with emerging tools and technologies.
You will be required to Lead the QA engineering activities in support of Datawarehouse projects, (including complex and challenging projects and programs) delivered across multiple platform delivery teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Define test strategies and methodologies aligned with industry best practices, data governance standards, and project requirements.
• Design test cases covering various data aspects, including functionality, accuracy, completeness, consistency, and performance.
• Expertise in DW, ETL, ELT cloud and on premise environments from a testing perspective.
• Strong SQL and data transformation skills and understanding
• Leverage automation tools and techniques to optimize test execution and efficiency.
• Background in agile engineering environments.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
• Technical comprehension of application ecosystems, including integrations, data flow, and access control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead meetings and present to stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in data testing and quality assurance, with a focus on data warehouse and ETL processes over Google Cloud Platform (GCP) database.

  Pay: $140,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
