Milestone IT is partnering with a large and well-established retail organisation on an exciting opportunity to recruit an experienced Test Lead for an initial 6-month contract.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on Test Lead to take ownership of integration and end-to-end testing across multiple systems and delivery streams. You will play a key role in planning and coordinating SIT and E2E testing, managing defects, and ensuring clear reporting and communication across business, technology and vendor teams.

As the Test Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Leading SIT and E2E testing across multiple systems and integrated platforms.
• Developing and managing test strategies, plans, schedules and execution activities.
• Coordinating testing across multiple delivery streams, systems and project dependencies.
• Managing the end-to-end defect lifecycle, including triage, prioritisation, resolution and reporting.
• Providing clear and regular testing status reports, risks, issues and progress updates.
• Working closely with project teams, technology teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Identifying testing dependencies, risks and potential impacts across interconnected systems.
• Supporting a structured and collaborative approach to test delivery within a complex retail environment.
