Ongoing Full-time opportunity Lead and mentor a testing team, shaping quality outcomes Influence key projects that support and safeguard democracy About the Role The Test Lead is responsible for leading the planning, developing, coordinating, and executing testing activities for solutions, ensuring the delivery of ICT systems in accordance with business requirements, solution design and operational expectations. The role is an Ongoing Full-time position. About the NSW Electoral Commission The New South Wales Electoral Commission delivers trusted and independent systems, processes, oversight and engagement that support democracy in New South Wales. Demonstrated experience in System and System Integration testing, and Application Programming Interface (API) testing. Demonstrated experience or capability to manage a small team. Demonstrated understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and tools (such as JIRA, Zephyr, Scale). Knowledge of SQL. Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Computer Science, Testing certifications and/or equivalent relevant professional experience. Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners. Satisfactory criminal record check results.
