REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proficiency in Plutora or any Value Stream Management tool.
• Strong understanding of Test Environment Management concepts.
• Experience in Release Management and Deployment Planning.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
• Ability to work with and test APIs using Postman.
• Solid experience in Node.js (basic to advanced).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins and GitHub.
• Understanding of Agile Kanban methodology.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and monitor test environments, including booking, patching, and restarts.
• Develop and maintain deployment plans and release schedules.
• Utilize Plutora or similar tools for value stream management and reporting.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or equivalent tools.
• Research and interpret API documentation for tools like ServiceNow, Digital.ai, Dynatrace.
• Test and validate APIs using Postman or similar tools.
• Develop and maintain scripts/applications using Node.js.
• Prepare and present reports using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams using Jenkins and GitHub for CI/CD processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders in Agile/Kanban environments.
