• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for Life Insurance Life Asia Claims systems and related integrations.
• Design, review, and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate requirement coverage and defect resolution.
• Manage a team of testers, provide mentorship, workload allocation, and quality oversight across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with insurance domain standards, claims processes, and system functionality in Asia market implementations.
• Drive UAT support, defect management, and test reporting, ensuring timely delivery with high quality.
