The Role  Reporting to the Quality Director, you will own testing strategy and quality outcomes across 3–5 cross-functional squads within a product domain. You will directly manage and mentor a team of approximately 5–7 testers (manual and automation) while remaining hands-on in quality and automation practices. This role combines leadership and execution. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Release Management to embed risk-based quality practices, ensure test readiness, and support reliable delivery. We operate with an AI-first engineering mindset. As Test Manager, you are expected to actively use and champion AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codex, AI-assisted test generation and intelligent regression optimisation) to increase efficiency, improve coverage, and drive smarter quality decisions across your squads. * Proven quality leadership experience within cross-functional Agile      teams (Engineering, Product Owners, Release Management). * Demonstrated people management and mentoring experience, leading 5–7 team members. * Experience overseeing quality delivery across multiple squads (3–5). * Minimum 3 years hands-on test automation experience. * Proven track record in regression, end-to-end, and integration testing. * Full-stack test engineering experience from testing backend (APIs, services, data layers) to frontend (UI). * Practical experience using AI-powered engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar AI-assisted development/testing platforms. * Strong understanding of risk-based testing principles and intelligent regression strategies. * Excellent communication, planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills. * Data-driven mindset with the ability to define, track, and improve quality metrics. * Own end-to-end quality outcomes for 3–5 squads, ensuring consistent standards and delivery excellence. * Act as the go-to testing and quality leader for your squads / product scope. * Manage and mentor a team of 5–7 testers, supporting their growth in both automation and AI-enabled quality engineering practices. * Lead squad-level quality planning, risk analysis, and test execution oversight based on both leadership capability and hands-on product knowledge. * Define and implement an AI-first testing approach, embedding AI-assisted test design, automation acceleration, and intelligent defect analysis. * Drive efficient regression strategies leveraging automation and AI-supported optimisation. * Contribute hands-on to automation frameworks and complex testing initiatives where required. * Ensure full-stack quality coverage across APIs, services, data processing layers, and UI. * Collaborate with Product and Engineering on release readiness and validation. * Represent quality in team ceremonies and planning sessions. * Partner with Chapter Leads to apply best practices, standardise quality approaches, and continuously grow tester capabilities across  squads. 🇵🇱 What We Offer – Poland * Comprehensive Health Insurance (medical, dental, and online consultations, 100% employee coverage) * Life Insurance through UNUM * Cafeteria Plan with flexible monthly credits for wellness, entertainment, and travel * MultiSport Card, co-financed 50/50 * Employee Capital Plans (PPK) with 4% employer contribution * A hub-based hybrid model that blends flexibility with purpose — connecting teams through collaboration, learning, and a vibrant social culture.
