Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join our international team.
We are building an interdisciplinary team and we are in the process of reviewing or test approach. This challenge will require a good ability to work in a team while been self-organized. We are looking for professionals with in-depth experience in quality assurance, who like to work proactively and contribute with ideas to the change process.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with test management in agile development
  • Strong structuring, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • High level of empathy when working directly with clients and internal teams
  • Hands-on mentality, healthy pragmatism and customer orientation
Responsibilities
  • Managing the customer’s test campaigns (responsibility for the SIT, contact person for the customer in the UAT)
  • Provision of test reporting for the customer and management
  • Monitoring of defect deliveries and coordination of the developer teams
  • Continuous improvement of the status quo and design of a complete and sustainable test approach
  • Planning automation test requirements
