Cambio Software is a software research and development center for Cambio Healthcare Systems AB, Sweden, currently with over 300 software engineering professionals in Sri Lanka designing and developing cutting edge Healthcare Solutions using state of the art of technologies to cater to our prestigious clientele. Position At our R&D team, test will play a key role in providing effective and efficient quality assurance for the delivery of the product to customers. To ensure the quality of products, different kinds of tests to be performed. These tests span from unit testing, integration testing, functional, non-functional test. Senior Test Manager is responsible for overall test function at R&D COSMIC. This includes test strategy for R&D, release quality & competency building. Responsible for: • Test strategy covering short term & long-term objectives (which help to meet the overall product quality criteria) • Governance in test process covering all test activities spanning from unit testing to release level testing • Test planning ensuring the best utilization of resources, tools & infrastructure to ensure the teams meet the release quality criteria and timelines • Supervising the testing process to ensure all testing activities planned for the release, are performed timely • Reporting the status of testing progress and quality of the product during the execution at selected milestones • Managing and escalating the risks that impact testing operation & product quality • Lead, coach and communicate with development teams to improve their testing skills and process to improve the effectiveness of tests being performed Requirements Experience in leading test aspect of large & complex enterprise-level solutions Ability to strategize test automation at different levels Ability to lead changes across organization 7+ years of experience in software development/quality assurance Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or education experience Practical and strategic experience of AI usage for testing and quality is added advantage Scope: Full Time Type of Employment: Permanent
