About You

• Demonstrated experience as a Test Manager, QA Manager, Quality Engineering Manager or senior Test Lead within a complex transformation environment.
• Previous experience within financial services, wealth management, superannuation, banking, investments or financial advice is essential.
• Strong experience developing and owning end-to-end test strategies, plans, governance and quality standards.
• Extensive knowledge across system, SIT, integration, end-to-end, UAT and regression testing.
• Experience leading QA Engineers, Test Analysts and business testing resources within project or matrix environments.
• Strong defect management and triage experience, including assessing business impact and driving issues through to resolution.
• Experience working across integrated platforms, customer-facing technology and complex business processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to anticipate issues and drive outcomes rather than simply execute assigned tasks.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Xray, Zephyr or Azure DevOps.
