Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Test Manager to lead our quality assurance and testing efforts across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing testing teams, defining test strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of testing to meet business and technical requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement the overall test strategy, plans, and processes for projects and programs.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of test analysts and automation engineers.
  • Oversee the design, development, and execution of test cases and scripts (manual and automated).
  • Ensure appropriate test coverage through requirements analysis and risk assessment.
  • Manage testing schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
  • Collaborate with development, business, and project teams to ensure clear understanding of testing scope and requirements.
  • Establish and monitor quality metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of testing.
  • Report test progress, defects, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
