QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• ISTQB Test Manager and/or TMAP certification.
• At least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Proven experience in test management and quality assurance.
• CI/CD and DevOps experience.
• Experience with SAFe and agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
• Test automation tools, such as: Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG
• Test management tools, such as: Jira, XRay for Jira, TestRail, ALM, Zephyr.
• API testing tools, such as: Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner
• Certified Agile Tester (CAT) or Certified DevOps Foundation (preferred).
• Scrum certification (preferred).
• SAFe certification (preferred).
• Security testing (preferred).
• Fluent in spoken and written Dutch (C1 level) and English

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a test manager at ITsPeople, you will lead test teams for our clients, develop and implement test strategies, manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure high-quality software delivery and efficient test execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement test strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead and mentor the test teams
• Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams
• Implement test automation and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry and testing standards
• Design and execute test plans and test scripts
• Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and risks
• Maintain up-to-date test documentation and reports
