ABOUT THE ROLE

Within FM and Group Treasury (GT), the FM&GT Tribe is responsible for delivering change. Our goal is to connect clients to global markets, provide effective financial solutions, and create long-lasting value.
To strengthen our team of IT Integrators, we are looking for an ambitious and pragmatic Test Manager.
As a Test Manager, you will lead and manage the testing lifecycle across complex platforms and multi-stakeholder environments. You’ll act as a vital link between trading, operations, IT, and vendor teams, ensuring that end-to-end testing is thoroughly planned and successfully executed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop the test strategy, test plan, and approach for full platform migration—including data, functionality, and interface components
• Ensure complete end-to-end test coverage for business use cases, including upstream and downstream integrations.
• Lead test execution by coordinating activities across IT teams and external vendors.
• Define and manage performance tests to validate system responsiveness and stability.
• Coordinate cutover testing to guarantee a smooth transition from legacy to target platforms.
• Oversee disaster recovery tests to assess readiness for business continuity.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and serve as the central point of contact for both business and IT during test phases.
• Track and resolve defects and issues before key milestones and UAT sign-off.
• Identify and implement test automation opportunities to reduce manual efforts, especially for regression testing.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to set up test environments and configure interfaces.
• Deliver regular progress updates to the project/program manager and escalate risks when needed.
• Own the test sign-off process, ensuring all acceptance criteria are met before go-live.
