About the job

• 15+ years in Quality Engineering / Test Management.
• 5+ years at Program Test Manager / Senior Test Manager level.
• Mandatory: Insurance experience.
• Strong experience leading large, complex financial services or insurance programs.
• Strong Test Strategy & Governance experience across SIT, E2E, regression, UAT and release assurance.
• Strong senior stakeholder and supplier management experience.
• Experience with test transformation, automation, CI/CD and regression optimization.
• Strong understanding of wealth, retirement, pensions or investment platforms is preferred.
• FNZ or comparable wealth platform experience is preferred.
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills.
