Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager / Process Assurance Specialist with strong experience in banking operations. The ideal candidate will lead testing governance, ensure process compliance, and oversee operational teams to maintain high-quality delivery standards across banking functions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end test planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for banking applications and operational processes. Ensure adherence to process assurance frameworks, quality standards, and audit requirements within operational units. Govern and manage operations teams to ensure consistent performance, compliance, and timely delivery of BAU and project-related tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Operations, Technology, Vendors) to ensure smooth execution of testing cycles and readiness activities. Identify process gaps, implement quality improvements, and track risk mitigation activities across operations. Prepare and review test documentation including test plans, test scenarios, defect logs, and process audit reports. Lead root-cause analysis, manage corrective actions, and ensure continuous improvement in operational workflows. Deliver high-quality presentations, dashboards, and reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Mandatory). Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk guidelines specific to the banking sector. Required Skills & Qualifications 6–9 years of experience in Test Management or Process Assurance roles. Mandatory: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and Microsoft PowerPoint. Mandatory: Experience in managing and governing operations teams/units. Mandatory: Banking domain experience (Retail/Corporate/Payments/Loans/Operations). Strong understanding of operational processes, QA governance, and test lifecycle management. Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, QC, ALM, etc.). Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.
