ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a senior Test Manager to join a critical journey within a major banking environment, focusing on end-to-end test management for the migration of trades to Murex. You will lead the creation and execution of the test strategy across all test phases, manage environments, and ensure alignment across business and IT stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define a robust test strategy and translate it into tactical and operational plans
• Lead and oversee the execution of test cycles (Unit, Acceptance, Performance, Regression)
• Coordinate with developers, testers, infrastructure, and business users
• Prepare and manage test environments and configurations
• Report testing progress, issues, and status to management and stakeholders
• Ensure global coordination across different regions and cultures involved in testing
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and tooling

TOP 3 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a test strategy and plan per MVP and deliver within set timelines
• Prepare the required test environments and execute full test cycles
• Provide structured reporting to management and stakeholders
