Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SME – Commercial Banking (Automation Delivery & Governance) with strong expertise in Banking Project Delivery, Automation Governance, Stakeholder Management, and GCC Banking Operations.The ideal candidate should possess deep experience working with GCC/Middle East Banks, managing large-scale testing and automation engagements, governance frameworks, delivery execution, project planning, and client stakeholder management.This position requires a strong blend of Commercial Banking domain knowledge, delivery governance expertise, automation oversight, and client-facing leadership capabilities to successfully drive banking transformation initiatives across the Middle East region.
