Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Test Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Romania who will work on-site at the client’s office in Tangier, Morocco, for a strategic greenfield project expected to last up to six months.

We seek an experienced Test Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage project dependencies. This role involves overseeing testing processes, handling resources and software delivery, and ensuring high-quality results on a greenfield project using a hybrid Agile-Waterfall approach. You’ll collaborate with internal development teams and third-party vendors to deliver a successful product.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience leading UAT and managing dependencies in a hybrid project environment.
• Knowledge of test automation tools (Java).
• Knowledge of Kafka, Navis N4 TOS, and Data Querying.
• Experience managing resources, timelines, and tasks using Agile and Waterfall methods.
• Excellent communication skills for managing senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with both internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to resolve issues and maintain quality under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to deliver quality results with attention to detail.

Nice to have:

• Skills in speaking Arabic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead UAT to ensure timely delivery and quality alignment with project goals.
• Manage testing dependencies, including resources, equipment, and software delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain project alignment.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates and handling pressure.
• Ensure quality standards by reducing defect leakage, managing regression tests, and resolving defects quickly.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards for UAT by:
• Reducing defect leakage from SIT into UAT;
• Upholding Quality Gates;
• Ensuring robust regression test coverage;
• Shortening defect resolution timelines.
