JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager / Lead to join our onsite team in the UK, responsible for overseeing the testing of Switches, Routers, Telephony, and IP systems in a Control Room environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 7+ years of overall experience with at least 3-5 years in Test Management with at least 05 years resident in UK (United Kingdom).
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Switches, Routers, Telephony/IP systems.
  • Prior experience in Control Room projects is mandatory.
  • Background working with public safety/critical infrastructure environments is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing teams, test environments, and stakeholder communication.
  • ISTQB or relevant testing certification (preferred)..

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage onsite and offshore teams.
  • Stakeholder management and problem-solving mindset.
    Additional Information:In future, this role may require security clearance.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £34,013.70-£53,000.00 per year
