About the roleThe role is responsible for leading end-to-end testing across a portfolio of strategic programmes and business-critical change initiatives. The Portfolio Test Manager will define testing strategy, manage offshore testing partners, and be accountable for quality assurance, governance, and test sign-off across multiple deliveries.

• ResponsibilitiesLead the overall testing strategy, planning, and execution across multiple projects and programmes.
• Own delivery of SIT, End-to-End, OAT, UAT, and Non-Functional Testing.
• Define Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Summary Reports.
• Manage offshore and third-party testing vendors to deliver against agreed quality and timelines.
• Oversee test execution, defect management, reporting, and quality governance.
• Ensure traceability across requirements, testing, and defects.
• Partner with business and delivery stakeholders to manage risks, dependencies, and testing outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and standards
