• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand project and program business requirements.
• Lead the Test Assurance capability within the IT Solutions Delivery Pillar for assigned areas.
• Provide comprehensive reviews of test cases, test designs, and operational readiness.
• Operate effectively in a multi-vendor environment, ensuring service assurance across suppliers.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers across both business and IT functions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to align testing strategies with delivery goals.
• Coordinate with SIAM to understand operational requirements and ensure supplier solutions meet those needs.Manage and oversee testing activities across large-scale programmes, ensuring quality and compliance.
