Description
Overview As a Test Operator in our Manufacturing Competence Center (Erpe-Mere, Belgium), you are responsible for performing functional and in-circuit tests on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to ensure product quality and reliability. You will operate automated and manual test equipment, follow defined procedures, and accurately record test results. Responsibilities Testing (automated or semi-manual) of electronic circuits on Printed Circuit Board Assembly level Full testing of electronic devices, finished satcom goods, medical or otherwise equipment Identify, diagnose, and document test failures and anomalies. Maintain accurate production and test logs in the company’s MES system. Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times. Qualifications Knowledge of PC and MS Office applications Quality-driven and committed to continuous improvement Ability to function in a high-quality environment with time-bound assignments Ability to work independently but also as a team player with a proactive and quality-driven attitude. Experience in a similar production environment is a plus Results-oriented with a keen eye for details
