We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will challenge teammates to achieve flawless execution goals, while maintaining strong working relationships. Success in this role is measured by the ability to grow the number of new products and drive the forecasted return on investment.   Responsibilities:  1. Lead a cross functional team on the execution of projects to support cost reduction and assurance of supply 2. Lead product transfers across all factory types (Wafers Fab, Bump, Probe, Assembly, Final Test) to guarantee schedule, cost and quality 3. Project planning, execution, and risk mitigation through all phases 4. Provide clear direction to both, team and external support organizations like device fabrication and assembly and test sites 5. Drive and motivate all team members critical to the flawless execution of each product and project 6. Provide weekly and monthly updates to senior management on status of projects, explaining the issues facing a project 7. Interact with customers in support of project status, key milestones, and deliveries. This includes samples deliveries, special work requests, wafer lot starts and reliability tests 8. Perform product reliability and characterization of integrated circuits to ensure they meet the product requirement specifications and manufacturing requirements 9. Work with failure analysis (FA) to determine root cause of any reliability and qualification failures 10. Maintain thorough and up-to-date project schedules with all related milestones 11. Develop and implement Qualification plans 12. Effectively coordinate material logistics and shipment/assembly/test prioritization 13.
