Position Purpose: Provide overall HR Recruiting support with a focus on executing recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions, while reducing costs per hire and improving retention. Responsibilities Primary duties will include: Works closely with hiring managers to strategically identify staffing needs and to efficiently and effectively fill open positions. Creates and executes a recruiting plan for each open position and maintains staffing metrics. Communicates regularly with managers and employees to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads. Reviews applications and interviews applicants to assess position, managerial and organizational fit. Develops, tracks and maintains a network of qualified passive candidates in advance of need, consistent with business plan by utilizing industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media and various other resources. Qualifications To land this role you will need: Minimum of 5 years Human Resources experience with a heavy focus on recruitment Knowledge of HR Practice and Legislation Organized individual with ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results driven, rapidly changing environment with minimal oversight Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff What makes you stand out: Experience within the financial industry PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP Education/Certification Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience Working Environment: Hybrid Climate controlled office environment Ability to travel up to 10% #LI-Hybrid #LI-JR1
