Job Summary The Test Supervisor is a fully qualified, experienced professional who leads operations with minimal supervision and is accountable for quality, delivery, cost, safety, and people outcomes. The role resolves issues of diverse scope, applies professional judgment within established practices, and adapts existing approaches to meet business objectives. Effective communication is required to collaborate with employees and stakeholders globally.   Duties and Responsibilities Provides strategic leadership over Korea site repair and logistics operations, driving safe execution, resource optimization, production readiness, support timely material movement and minimize operational disruptions. Drives resolution of critical and complex operational issues to protect quality, cost, delivery, and safety while sustaining customer service standards. Drives achievement of financial targets through accurate forecasting, budget preparation, expenditure planning, variance analysis, and timely corrective actions. Coordinates across cross‑functional teams (including internal support groups and Global Field Teams) to ensure alignment on priorities, ensuring safe operations, effective asset utilization, cost control Establishes team strategic goals aligned with company objectives and leads the creation, management, and coordination of production and strategic planning projects. Leads and develops team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management. Ensure safe working environment and accountability for personnel and workplace conditions. Communicates effectively in English with cross‑functional teams located in different countries.   Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Education Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or functional leadership experience Graduate of Electronics Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills Effective oral and written communication skills Collaborative and adaptable leadership approach
