Requirements Summary / Resumen: The Test Tank Operator is responsible for lowering coolers into the test tank and pressurizing them to check for any air bubbles or leaks. This position works with all coolers, ensuring quality and functionality through the testing process. Essential Functions / Funciones Esenciales: Retrieve cooler from pallet and hoist onto test tank manually or with a chain hoist. Recuperar el enfriador del pallet y colocarlo en el tanque de prueba manualmente o con un polipasto de cadena. Use wrench to insert plug and attach hose. Usar una llave para insertar el tapón y conectar la manguera. Lower cooler into water, check for air bubbles or leaks. Bajar el enfriador al agua y verificar burbujas de aire o fugas. Remove and dry expansion plug with blow gun. Retirar y secar el tapón de expansión con una pistola de aire. Remove hose and lift cooler from tank.
