With a strong reputation for innovation and reliability, they are currently seeking a skilled Test Technician to join their dynamic technical services team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Test Technician will play a key role in supporting production and service operations by testing, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing specialized test equipment. The successful candidate will also provide technical support to clients and assist in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree in Electronics Technology or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with analog and digital test equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with calibration standards and test procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
  • Perform testing and calibration of new production and customer-owned test equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment using both analog and digital troubleshooting techniques to the board or sub-assembly level.
  • Record test data, diagnostics, and repair information accurately in the production database.
  • Provide remote and phone-based technical support to clients for field-deployed systems.
  • Complete in-house repair, calibration, and hardware/software upgrades on test systems.
  • Fulfill customer service orders, including assembly, configuration, and shipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify and implement process or method improvements.
  • Support the development and refinement of test procedures and documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.
