Summary Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams. Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems. May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing. Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment. Job Description SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS Experience Level with Business Tools Familiar with business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired. LEVEL DESCRIPTION Skill Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Job Complexity Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making. Supervision Normally receives detailed instructions on work.
