OVERVIEW:

We are actively seeking an experienced web administrator with a specific background in Webflow development. This role is geared towards multifaceted professionals capable of seamlessly transitioning between engineering, content management, UX design, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our website effectively embodies our brand identity and fosters user engagement.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to automate tasks and workflows.
  • Proficiency in working with APIs and webhooks.
  • Familiarity with analytics and marketing platforms, such as GA4, GTM, GSC, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot etc.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the corporate website utilizing Webflow and other tech stack integrations.
  • Leverage development expertise to prototype innovative concepts within Webflow.
  • Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in the fundamentals of any programming language, with a focus on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python etc.
  • Design and optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that website content remains current and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage and update CMS collections, content, text, images, and multimedia elements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about emerging web technologies, industry trends, and Webflow enhancements, recommending and implementing new features as appropriate.
  • Help to ensure that the website complies with legal requirements, including accessibility standards and data protection regulations.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams regarding website management and content updates.
