Description

System Administration & Configuration Administer and maintain Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Compensation, Payroll, Learning, Absence, etc.). Configure business rules, workflows, approvals, security roles, and data structures. Perform system updates, patches, and quarterly Oracle releases testing. HR Process & Data Management Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across HR systems. Support employee lifecycle processes (hire, transfer, promotion, termination). Manage HR data audits, mass uploads, and corrections using HDL/HSDL. Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, or Oracle Analytics. Provide insights and data support for HR leadership and compliance reporting. Support statutory and audit reporting requirements. User Support & Training Act as Level 2/3 support for HRIS-related issues and escalations. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Oracle Support when needed. Create user guides, SOPs, and deliver training to HR and business users. Integrations & Projects Support integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems (Payroll, Benefits, Finance, LMS). Participate in HR system implementations, enhancements, and global rollouts.
