Surveys market data in order to determine company's competitive position in employee benefits. May assist in planning, developing, and redesigning company benefits programs and analyzing benefit costs. May be involved with communication and implementation of wellness and health education initiatives. Ensures company compliance with federal and state laws. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred. Experience: 12 years of work experience; 8 years of related experience is required.
