Execute test plans and test cases ensuring that they meet provided requirements and/or features of the releases Work with Software Development Engineers to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implemented Responsible for successful execution and informing team and managers of obstacles, issues, and risks 4. Excellent communication skills with willingness to speak up in meetings to share issues, observations, and ask clarifying questions 5. Quick learner and ability to learn new applications and process flows 6. Understanding of credit cards is an added benefit but not a requirement for someone eager to learn 7. Ability to support multiple applications and understand the end to end flows 8. Attention to detail is important for capturing results and having the capability to identify potential issues 9. Experience working with Agile teams, attending all Agile ceremonies planning, daily scrum call delivery and reporting sprint level deliverables 10. Prepare and Maintain triage documentation and knowledge articles for new and existing applications 11. Work closely with clients, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions 1. Must be ready to work in Global Village, Bangalore 2. Must be ready to work in 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST and 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM IST Shift
